1. Introduction
Flow YVN (“we”, “us”) operates the online flower shop at flow-yvn.am. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our website or place an order, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. By using flow-yvn.am you agree to this policy.
2. Data we collect
To process and deliver your order we collect: your name, phone number and email; the delivery address; the recipient’s name and phone; the delivery date and time; and any greeting-card message you add. We only collect what is needed to fulfil your order.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to: prepare and deliver your order; contact you to confirm details and send a photo of the bouquet before delivery; provide customer support; and keep records of your orders. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by PayPal, including card payments made through PayPal as a guest. We never see or store your full card number, CVV or PayPal password — these are handled entirely by PayPal. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference. 5. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies that keep your shopping cart and checkout working during your visit. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes this usage data on our behalf, as described in Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell your data. For our own aggregate statistics we additionally record only your country, derived from your IP address — which is irreversibly hashed and never stored in its raw form.
6. Sharing your data
We share your data only with the parties needed to complete your order: PayPal for payment, and our delivery couriers, who receive the recipient’s name, address and phone to make the delivery. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Anonymous visitor statistics may be kept indefinitely, as they do not identify you.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond as soon as we can.
9. Security
We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and appropriate technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
