1. Acceptance of terms
By placing an order on flow-yvn.am you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. About Flow YVN
Flow YVN is a flower shop based in Yerevan, Armenia, offering bouquets, floral arrangements and live plants with delivery across Yerevan and Armenia. These terms govern your use of our website and the orders you place with us.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the selected products. Your order is confirmed once we accept it; we may contact you to confirm details before delivery. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is unavailable or delivery is not possible to the given address — in which case any payment is refunded in full.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are shown in Armenian Dram (֏) and include applicable taxes. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is made online through PayPal, including card payments made via PayPal without a PayPal account. Your order is processed once payment is successfully received.
5. Delivery
We deliver across Yerevan in 1–3 hours and across Armenia in 4–6 hours, daily from 8:00 to 00:00. Delivery within Yerevan is free. Please provide an accurate address and a recipient phone number. Someone must be available at the address to receive the flowers; if the recipient cannot be reached or is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
6. Substitutions
Flowers are natural, seasonal products. Occasionally a specific flower or colour may be unavailable. In that case we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value and similar style, keeping the overall look and quality of the arrangement. If we cannot make a suitable substitution, we will contact you.
7. Cancellations & changes
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because flowers are prepared and dispatched quickly, we can usually only make changes before the bouquet has been prepared or handed to a courier. Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled.
8. Refunds
Because flowers and plants are perishable, they cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo, and we will replace it or offer a refund at our discretion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. Product images
We photograph our products with care, but because flowers are natural, the bouquet you receive may vary slightly from the photo in shape, size and exact shade. The value and overall style will always match what you ordered.
10. Intellectual property
All content on flow-yvn.am — including text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Flow YVN and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
11. Liability
We take great care with every order, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as incorrect address details, an unavailable recipient, weather or other events.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Armenia.
